📝 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced (packed in oil, drained)

  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional, for thinning the sauce)

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, melt the butter, then add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
